Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each outfit is made to order and crafted exclusively for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

• All outfits are custom-made based on your order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
• If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us at maaiistofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We allow size exchanges after review of the request.
• In an unlikely event, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item at maaiistofficial@gmail.com (kindly attach a photo of the defect).
• After review, we will issue store credit for the amount paid.
• Store credit can be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
• No monetary refunds will be provided.
• Any product purchased on sale or discount is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Requests that do not meet these timelines will not be accepted.
